Delves Construction Ltd. is delighted to share that we have been awarded the brick and blockwork package by Szerelmey for the prestigious Pusey Lane development at St John’s College, Oxford, with work scheduled to begin later this month.

The development will provide energy-efficient, contemporary student living within a mews-style layout, blending cutting-edge sustainability with the character and heritage of central Oxford.

Our scope includes both brickwork and blockwork, with the brickwork laid in traditional Flemish Bond and incorporating over 50 unique, purpose-made special bricks, a real showcase of bespoke craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We’re thrilled to be part of such a significant development and to be working alongside industry leaders to bring this vision to life.
