About Delves Construction
Director/Owner Paul Martin has been in the construction industry for 45 years, starting from apprentice bricklayer to company owner. During which time Paul has worked on some or the largest contracts in the country, including The Metro Centre in Gateshead, The Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre, Colchester Garrison, The Olympic Park, The Olympic Village, Westfield Shopping Centre and Battersea Power Station to name a few. We have also worked on large private dwellings such as the home of the owner of a major football club, players and TV Personalities.
We have had numerous brickwork contracts which have been nominated for the prestigious Brick Awards and indeed our contract won the Commercial Category for Emrys Architects in 2024. I have carefully built a team of good men over the years and have managed to keep them with me
